Dilawar Hussain Foundation joins hands with UCP to hold Sufi Rumi Peace Conference 2019

LAHORE, JAN.2019: Dilawar Hussain Foundation, an NGO striving to improve the quality of health and education in Pakistan, recently joined hands with University of Central Punjab (UCP) to hold a 2-day Sufi Rumi Peace Conference 2019; other partners included the Catalyst Society and Satranga Cultural Development Organization (SCDO).

Mohammad Jafri, Director of Programs, Dilawar Hussain Foundation, was the chief guest on this occasion, who thanked UCP and SCDO for organizing this conference. He also highlighted the role of Dilawar Hussain Foundation in fighting diabetes among the marginalized communities. The conference included a panel discussion, documentary screening, Rumi dance performance, spiritual rendition and qawali.
