“Employee volunteerism as a practice of corporate social responsibility aids CCL in strengthening employee satisfaction and retention internally and by strengthening our reputation and connection with stakeholders externally,” remarks Shoaib Ahmed, Chief HR Officer.
“It started with a simple idea of doing something for the children and when we discussed it among the HR team, it took the shape of a wonderful campaign culminating into a volunteer activity,” says Naoman Pervaiz, HRBP Commercial.
“We thank all donors and volunteers who raised valuable funds to spread smiles on the faces of our school children,” remarked Mohammad Jafri, Program Director Dilawar Hussain Foundation which runs the school and a diabetes management center.
